It matters not whether you visit London in December or July, it will be a good idea to have some waterproof clothing with you. It surprises most English people to learn that July is actually the wettest month of our year. Thunderstorms being largely responsible for this high figure. At other times of the year you can still expect some rain but it is likely to be lighter and much more continuous.
